Key Responsibilities

The Lead RN Case Manager will be responsible for promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care, and participating in program development and staff training. This role requires a strong understanding of hospital Case Management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/lead/manager level experience in hospital Case Management
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Case Management Certification Preferred
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
