Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Washington State-based team working out of our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of State and Local government operations and a strong network across Washington State and Local government entities.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Eagle Hill's consulting practice in Washington State by building and selling a pipeline of consulting work with new buyers.
- Develop strategic and trusted client relationships, shape new opportunities, lead business development campaigns, and manage client relationships.
- Lead project engagements, with varying business development vs delivery responsibility based on business need.
- Actively participate in helping Eagle Hill grow, play a lead role in developing State and Local new business, and leverage existing State and Local network and exceptional client delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working for or with State and Local government entities in Washington State, performing work aligned with Eagle Hill's core service lines.
- At least 3 years in a manager role with direct report responsibility.
- Strong network across State and Local government entities within Washington State.
- Demonstrated business development experience successfully shaping and selling work.
- Proven track record in gaining client trust and building credibility.
