Position Overview

Championing Manufacturing Excellence:

This position is focused on leading initiatives in manufacturing excellence, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and fostering continuous enhancement of performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, turnaround time, delivery, and financial health. The Operations Leader will manage and synchronize the efforts of team leaders and production personnel, setting and aligning departmental objectives to achieve organizational goals and performance indicators.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational protocols, and departmental guidelines.
  • Document data and evaluate products for quality assurance.
  • Manage production timelines, estimate labor requirements, and clarify company policies.
  • Facilitate employee training, promote incident prevention, and enhance communication among stakeholders.
  • Delegate responsibilities, modify work processes, and propose enhancements in production techniques.
  • Address operational challenges, inspire team members, and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Coordinate departmental functions and recommend changes in employee status.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct performance assessments, and implement corrective measures.
  • Guide team leaders in their professional growth.
  • Monitor departmental performance indicators.
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Business or Management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in team development, leadership, cost management, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and relevant experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant manufacturing experience in a supervisory capacity.

Additional Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
