Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by driving process improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Design and implement TPM and preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
  • Train operators on new equipment and processes to ensure smooth implementation
  • Interact with vendors to design and develop specifications for equipment and tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
