Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor operations to ensure efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage service contracts for essential systems such as HVAC, electrical, and cleaning services.
  • Maintain an organized database to effectively track maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with field teams to guarantee optimal service delivery.
  • Analyze maintenance patterns and monitor project budgets.
  • Handle invoicing and oversee project completion for new facility developments.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and safe for all members.
  • Deliver projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and manage financial resources efficiently.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- CPR certification is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Punctuality and flexibility in working hours are crucial.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform various physical tasks during shifts.
- A minimum of five years of experience in facility management is preferred.
