Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at TIBA Parking Systems. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and maintenance for our parking and access control hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control equipment
  • Provide support for multiple products and software
  • Work with various operating systems and have knowledge of networking
  • Assist in the installation of parking and revenue control systems, as well as access control equipment
  • Perform software and hardware support for clients and other field service technicians
Requirements:
  • Electronics technical school training or equivalent
  • Ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications, programming, and repair
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • A clean driving record
  • SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically with customers, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment
