About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Operations Improvement Lead to join our Health practice at Accenture. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare providers to improve their workforce management processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce labor costs. You will lead complex consulting engagements, from initial assessment through implementation and optimization, and work on transformative projects that push boundaries and create new opportunities for our clients.

Responsibilities will include:
  1. Enterprise Function Integration Support: Assess workforce management needs, identify operational gaps, and design tailored solutions.
  2. Strategic Program Management: Develop and implement strategic plans for deploying UKG Workforce Management Solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  3. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure workforce management solutions comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
  4. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: Collaborate with clients to improve workforce management processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce labor costs.
  5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Support the development of dashboards and reports to track workforce management performance and provide actionable insights.
  6. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
