About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Massage Envy franchise location. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, retail sales, and client retention.
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner to set performance targets and work towards achieving them.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for clients and employees.
  • Model the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in a customer-facing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • College degree preferred.
