Birmingham Green LPN Job Description

Birmingham Green is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Birmingham Green, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:
  • Order and dispense medications according to physician's orders
  • Carry out admissions and re-admissions
  • Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, and various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
  • Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
  • Must be able to lift without restrictions
  • Will also perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • CPR certification
  • Able to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year experience
  • Exposure to the senior population
  • Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
  • Desire to serve and care for the senior population
