About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Lab Manager to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our RF laboratory, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • RF Equipment Management: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of RF equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to engineers and other stakeholders, troubleshooting complex RF-related issues and developing solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all RF laboratory operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and security.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in RF equipment management and technical support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Windows, and Linux operating systems, with a strong understanding of RF equipment and calibration cycles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or physics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz Experience: Experience working with Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz test and measurement equipment, with a strong understanding of RF and wireless communications.
  • RF Equipment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of RF equipment, including BNC, SMA, and 2.92mm connectors.
