Supply Chain Operations Manager

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Store Rooms, Receiving and Delivery, as well as Courier and Mail Services.
- Ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Implement cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Develop and track KPI metrics related to inventory
- Support Accounts Payable with invoicing tasks
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
Work Schedule: On-site presence required in Englewood.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Infor/Lawson, is highly advantageous.
Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Analytics.
Education: An Associate's Degree or 5 years in Materials Management is required (Bachelor's or Master's in Business is preferred).
Industry Experience: Background in Healthcare is a plus.
Compensation: Permanent salary range of $73,000 to $105,000.
Hourly Pay: $40.00 to $50.00.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that aligns with their personal needs. Eligible associates may also receive paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave and Holiday pay as applicable.
