Job SummaryWe are seeking an Experienced Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. You will work under the supervision of a RN and be part of a cross-functional team of clinicians.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Monitor and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work under the supervision of a RN and as part of a cross-functional team of clinicians
- Previous dialysis experience required
- CCHT certification required
- Must have been in PCT position for 1 year - No longer than one year
- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
- Potential to float to various clinics during and after your training
- You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
