Job Summary

Oak View Group is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional hospitality to guests at Canvas Stadium, the outdoor college football stadium located on the campus of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt, attentive, and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and special items, communicating clearly with customers.
  • Ensure food items are served at the proper temperature and presented neatly.
  • Pre-bus and full bus areas during peak periods, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Stock beverage stations as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient service area.
  • Communicate effectively with bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately answer patron questions.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Oak View Group offers a competitive hourly wage, plus tips, and a bonus of $200 at the end of the season for full-time servers. Part-time servers are eligible for a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching, as well as accrued paid leave.
