About the Position

Colorado State University is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a tenure-track faculty position in Surgical Oncology. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the advancement of veterinary and translational oncology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and didactic teaching in the DVM program, fellow training and mentorship in surgical oncology, graduate student/resident training, and research in the areas of veterinary and translational oncology.
  • Partner with other surgical oncology faculty members to provide full-time clinical service in surgical oncology.
  • Support the development of new knowledge and contribute to the advancement of the field of surgical oncology.
Requirements
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary professional degree.
  • Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons or equivalent.
  • ACVS Founding Fellow or Fellow in Surgical Oncology or completion of a fellowship training program in surgical oncology preferred.
  • Experience in instruction of DVM students, mentorship of clinical fellows and other specialists in training, and dedication to the advancement of the field of surgical oncology.
