Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and any special items being promoted.
  • Customer Service: Provide quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
  • Food Service: Ensure that food items are served at the proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered by the customer.
  • Table Maintenance: Maintain the neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
  • Pre- and Post-Shift Tasks: Pre-bus and full bus areas when necessary during peak periods, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Product Knowledge: Build and maintain knowledge regarding bar offerings to accurately answer patron questions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Certifications: Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment, and communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
  • Age Requirement: All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
