Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate care across the continuum, promoting seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data and evidence-based practices to drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, providing compassionate and person-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices, applying evidence-based research to inform practice and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • At least 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience, with completion of the Nurse Residency Program (if applicable).
  • Infusion experience.
