Responsibilities

  • Sells and tracks cosmetic products and distributes mail.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer functions and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and type a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Must possess attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team and respond positively to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors.
