Gensco is a leading HVAC wholesale distributor and manufacturer seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support Representative to join our Technical Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers and Gensco team members on equipment installation, service, and repair. This role requires strong technical knowledge of the HVAC industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support and training to customers and Gensco team members on HVAC equipment
* Offer guidance on installation, service, and repair of HVAC equipment
* Act as a liaison between the factory and Gensco customers and team members on technical matters
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members

**Requirements:**

* 2-year degree and/or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of related work experience and excellent technical knowledge of HVAC industry
* Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
