Administrative Duties:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest information records.

  • Handle incoming calls and online booking requests, providing information on room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special accommodations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
