Key Responsibilities
- Greet, register, check-in, and check-out guests, providing room keys and ensuring accurate credit card processing.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest information records.
- Handle incoming calls and online booking requests, providing information on room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
