Key Responsibilities as a Janitorial Specialist:
- Responsible for the routine cleaning of assigned areas within the facility.
- Conduct cleaning and light housekeeping tasks in production zones, office spaces, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, reception areas, and break rooms.
- Replenish supplies as needed and monitor the condition of the facility.
- Identify repair needs and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and cleaning protocols, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Physical agility to work primarily on foot.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Effective communication skills with supervisors and colleagues.
- Eagerness to learn and share innovative ideas.

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand or sit, manipulate objects, tools, and controls; walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish colors.
