Senior Program Manager

This position involves overseeing the development and implementation of programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities, physical, behavioral, or other needs in a group home setting. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Vice President to create, implement, and oversee programs and daily activities that enhance skills, community integration, and health.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including individuals served, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the Behavior Support Department/Consultants to develop proactive behavioral programs.
- Provide training and support to staff on evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and at least two years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of program management and supervisory experience. Supervisory experience is required.
We offer a competitive salary of $62,245/year, paid time off (PTO), dedicated sick time, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.
