Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Unit Manager/Director - RN, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to prioritize patient care and safety, and have experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and safety
- Manage human resources in the assigned unit, including recruiting and orienting staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:
