**Job Overview**

We are seeking highly reliable and compassionate Residential Support Staff members to join our team at Hurley House. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to deliver high-quality person-centered services. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, and adhering to the integrity and confidentiality of our programs.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure accurate log entries are maintained.
  • Perform regular hourly rounds inside and outside the program to guarantee resident safety.
  • Conduct thorough bedroom checks to verify resident safety.
  • Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner (e.g., incident reports).
  • Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Guarantee client/resident safety and maintain the cleanliness of the House at all times.
  • Clear all sidewalks, porches, stairs, and doorways of debris, snow, and other obstacles to ensure proper access and egress.
  • Consistently adhere to Program policies and protocols in all Program functions.
  • Facilitate or supervise urine drug-screening collection processes and the administration of medications according to Program-specific policies and BSAS protocols.
  • Prioritize the protection of the integrity and confidentiality of clients and the Program at all times.
  • Be punctual and present for all assigned shifts.
  • Conduct fire drills using the evacuation plan.
  • Avoid any behaviors that may compromise MHSA's policies regarding boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
  • Participate in in-service and outside training as directed by the Program Director.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Assistant Program Director to ensure the optimal functioning of the program.
