Job Description:
This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an exciting opportunity to join our healthcare team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with licensed nurses to provide direct care to patients and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Support patient mobility and transfers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience assisting with ADLs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centered approach to delivering care.
Benefits and Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience. Our company offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
