Responsibilities:- Perform routine physical medical examinations to detect specific conditions and render medical decisions
- Complete medical documents and enter data into electronic medical records
- Provide medical expertise in the review of eligibility appeals and determination documentation
- Assist in conducting eligibility appeals via telephone, video conferencing, or written documentation
- Board-eligible or certified in Cardiology, Orthopedics, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or other relevant specialty
- Currently licensed by NYS Education Department
- At least two years of recent, relevant medical practice experience or a satisfactory equivalent
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Term life insurance

- 401K plan
