Overview:
The primary role of a Senior Technical Program Manager is to ensure the effective definition, execution, and delivery of intricate programs that necessitate cross-departmental collaboration and interdependencies across a series of projects and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully deliver programs while adhering to the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, particularly in scenarios involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
  • Engage in program-level strategic planning, liaise with executive management, resolve complex issues, and exhibit exceptional communication and team-building capabilities.
  • Oversee a team of internal exempt and matrixed personnel and contractors involved in the project(s) to provide systems and enhancements that fulfill specified requirements.
  • Manage project scope definition, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimation, project scheduling and tracking, budget oversight, status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, and communication across various organizational levels.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in project estimation, scheduling & tracking, customer engagement and management, and implementation planning within large organizations.
  • Demonstrated people management and team-building expertise.
  • Ability to adapt and exercise judgment in a dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Quick learner of business processes with the capability to collaborate effectively with business partners at different organizational levels.
  • Strong risk assessment skills and application of management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
  • Experience in delivering technology and business application solutions within a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • PMP or PMI certification is required.
Core Competencies:
  • Professional program management skills.
  • Experience in data center operations, including an understanding of the data center ecosystem, servers, racks, protocols, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Capability to influence stakeholders to drive program success in situations where direct authority is absent.

The compensation range provided is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting anticipates for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and client requirements.
