Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver clinical experiences for nursing students, providing direct supervision and evaluation of their performance.
- Develop and post written clinical assignments that align with students' knowledge base, skill competency, and individual learning needs.
- Evaluate and provide documented feedback to students on their level of performance based on course objectives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of the programs and the College.
- May teach didactic course content under the supervision of a course coordinator.
- A master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
- An unencumbered professional nursing license in North Carolina.
- At least two years of professional experience within the last five years in the area of instruction as a registered nurse.
- Teaching or precepting experience is preferred but not required.
Chamberlain University offers a competitive compensation package, including a rate of $560 per assignment to $7,245 per assignment, depending on the credit hour assigned to the course.
