Job Summary
This full-time commercial construction project position requires a skilled tradesperson willing to travel across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Commercial renovations and buildouts
• Job proposals and quotes
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements
• Presentable and able to communicate with customers to build relationships
• Detailed when it comes to repairs made, including measurements, pictures, recommendations for repairs, and quotes
• Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as workload and emergency issues dictate
• Willing and able to travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States when needed

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experienced knowledge of carpentry, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing and electrical skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance is required. OSHA 10hr certification is preferred, but completion within 3 months of employment is acceptable.
