Job Description

As a Co-Manager at a DL Rogers Corp - Sonic Drive-In restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our fast-paced and dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure they are meeting operational standards and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a positive and memorable dining experience, and respond promptly to any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining files, records, and required documentation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of food service, including food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience required.
  • Skills: Effective communication, basic math, reading, and computer skills required. Ability to follow directions, work with autonomy, and multi-task.
