Job Description

As a key member of our clinical team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing primary dental services for patients at Westside Family Healthcare Inc.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Mentoring and supervising dental staff to foster growth and development.
  • Contributing to the development of dental programs and protocols aligned with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school of dentistry.
  • Licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Delaware.
  • Basic life support certification.
  • The ability to travel between worksites as needed.
  • Eligibility for staff privileges at local hospitals.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.
