We are in search of caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides who share our philosophy. One of our guiding principles is "Caregivers First, Clients Second" because we understand that without exceptional caregivers, we cannot provide quality service to our clients. Our Client Care Coordinators will work with you to create a schedule that meets your needs.

A Day in the Life of Our Caregivers:

As a companion caregiver, your role is to provide companionship and support. This may include conducting safety checks, preparing meals, or assisting with daily activities. You will be a friend who engages in games, runs errands, and helps brighten someone's day.

Personal caregivers take on additional responsibilities, assisting seniors with bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene. They ensure safety through medication reminders and support mobility within the home. While certifications such as CNA, HHA, or PCA are beneficial, they are not mandatory.

Requirements for Caregivers / Home Health Aides / CNAs:

  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a caregiver (family experience is accepted).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A dependable vehicle.
  • Proof of car insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
