About the Role
Serving as a Surgical First Assist in breast oncology procedures requires precision and skill with surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and compliance with operating room protocols. Your responsibilities will include conducting peri-operative care, managing pre- and post-operative patients, performing minor surgical procedures, and communicating effectively with the care team, patients, and families.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills, an interest in patient education, and a willingness to learn our OneConnect EMR system. You must also possess a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program and be certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. Additionally, you must be licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and meet the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification requirements.
