Rehabilitation Aide

Brunswick Cove Living Center is in search of a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to become a part of our compassionate team. In this role, you will collaborate with our therapy professionals to deliver exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our residents.
This position is essential within our multidisciplinary team, where you will operate under the direct guidance of licensed rehabilitation specialists.
As a Rehabilitation Aide, your responsibilities will encompass both administrative and clinical tasks. You will assist our clinicians in executing treatment and therapy programs for our residents while also managing various clerical duties as directed by the Director of Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support licensed therapy professionals in administering treatment to residents.
- Prepare and escort residents to and from therapy appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining documentation and scheduling sessions.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or a related field, or completion of a health-related educational program.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated punctuality and empathy in providing care and support to residents.
