Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team as a Resident Assistant II. This role involves providing direct care and support to residents in our community, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role- This is a broad-scoped caregiver position that requires full responsibility for direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- You will work closely with other care teams to provide exceptional care while developing meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
To be successful in this role, you must have 1 year of demonstrated experience as a caregiver and completed specific medication training required by state statute. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
