Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a clinician-owned home healthcare agency that prioritizes a strong work-life balance and provides ongoing support to its clinicians. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Randolph, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments
- MA Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
