  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Schedule appointments and procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
  • Verify patient information and document accurately in electronic health records
  • Advise patients on insurance and referral information, ensuring they receive the care they need

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems

Location: The Everett Clinic, 3901 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, WA

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 7:00PM (40-hour work week)
