Job Description

The Packaging Technician role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality packaging of our products while adhering to strict safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring packaging equipment, performing quality checks, documenting results, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in math and science, basic computer skills, and experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with packaging equipment and prior training in lean manufacturing principles.
