Job Description

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our manufacturing processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and food safety, with experience in leading quality control teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections, and leading training programs for employees on quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures* Lead training programs for employees on quality control procedures* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field* 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or food safety management* Strong knowledge of HACCP and other quality management systems* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Ability to analyze data and identify trends* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
