Position Overview:
The Bilingual Clinical Support Nurse is responsible for delivering and documenting clinical services via a call center for patients. This role encompasses providing education and assistance to patients regarding the product and the self-injection technique associated with it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all established processes and call scripts set forth by the manufacturer to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison among healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates to address clinical inquiries as outlined in the product label.
  • Deliver educational content on the product and the self-administration method according to the provided call scripts and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, offering support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Facilitate injection training and education for patients, setting appropriate treatment expectations.
  • Provide training and education to healthcare providers as designated by the program.
  • Document all interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, within the program database.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Work Environment:
This position will initially be fully onsite, with the potential for a hybrid work model thereafter.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
  • Registered Nurse (BSN or RN); valid nursing license in Orlando.

Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience.

Specific Skills:
  • Proficiency in computer usage and strong keyboard skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word products is advantageous.
