Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure the overall efficiency of our facilities.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as appliances and electronics.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of materials and tools to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to execute engineering projects and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize resort operations software and devices effectively to streamline tasks and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in additional responsibilities as delegated by management to contribute to the overall success of the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
