Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide effective solutions and minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Conduct system inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Valid HVAC technician certification (i.e. EPA 608 Certification).
  • Heat pump knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operations.
  • Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
