Job Summary

Deer Valley Resort is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Level I to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our buildings and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians with complex tasks and projects
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, including painting, staining, and sanding of buildings and equipment
  • Lubricate motors and equipment, and perform belt adjustments and changes under supervision
  • Complete daily work orders, documenting hours worked and materials used
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Able to work in close quarters, from heights, or in underground enclosures
  • Able to work competently with basic hand tools
  • Physically capable of lifting, maneuvering, positioning, removing, and installing heavy items
  • Able to access various components located on any portion of a piece of equipment
  • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
