Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding fitness experience for participants in every session.
  • Follow class outlines while making necessary adjustments to meet participants' needs.
  • Assess and manage exercise intensity throughout each session.
  • Arrive in advance to prepare the space and maintain cleanliness.
  • Conduct classes consistently with minimal changes to the schedule.
  • Maintain open communication with the Group Fitness Manager.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and sanitized after use.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Valid certification is mandatory.
  • CPR/AED certification must be kept current.
  • Understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise adaptations.
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing professional growth.
