About the Role

The Agile Coach will be responsible for ensuring that Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to and applied consistently within the organization. This includes assessing, coaching, and training enterprise Scrum teams to effectively follow the Scrum framework and enterprise best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and improve Agile/Scrum processes and practices
  • Coach and train Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements
  • Develop and maintain Agile/Scrum training materials and resources

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, product development, or PMO
  • Experience with software and mobile application development environments
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent professional certification

Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to train and coach others on the Scrum framework
  • Detail-oriented and process-focused mindset
