We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Nursing assessment is completed accurately and timely in accordance with practice standards.
- A comprehensive plan of care is developed and implemented that reflects the needs and goals of the patient.
- Nursing care is provided, evaluated, and modified to achieve goals and objectives.
- Patient care documentation is completed per established standards.
- Medications are administered safely and according to professional standards of practice and nursing policies and procedures.
- Doctors' orders are transcribed or acknowledged as needed and orders are carried out as directed.
You will work in an indoor setting with occasional exposure to extreme cold and hazardous substances. You may be required to stand for long periods, walk, sit, and use your hands and arms to perform various tasks.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
