Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team at The Table Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Product Knowledge:

  • Presentation of services in a confident and friendly manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Engagement and Training:

  • Work closely with your team, sharing tips and strategies to enhance success in the field.
  • Participate in hands-on coaching sessions to refine communication and sales skills.

Goal Achievement and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve processes.
