Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $24,850 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Sales Consultant at CVS Health, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing customer engagement, and elevating the execution of product promotions and events. You will work closely with Store Management and Senior Managers of Beauty to set coaching priorities for the Beauty Sales Consultants team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary advocate for driving the entire Beauty & Personal Care business in assigned stores
  2. Lead the elevation of service by empowering Beauty Sales Consultants to become beauty experts
  3. Create and monitor individual sales plans for each Beauty Sales Consultant to achieve monthly BE&S budget goals
  4. Understand critical business drivers and use business acumen to identify local customer needs
  5. Adhere to regular store visit cadence and work directly with store teams
  6. Cultivate an environment of continuous learning for Beauty Sales Consultants

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory position in a service-driven environment
  • Strong passion for beauty
  • Ability to educate, coach, and develop a team
  • Language skills: ability to read, write, and interpret general business information
  • Mathematical skills: basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
