Key Responsibilities
  1. Leasing and Marketing: Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy rates, conduct leasing tours, qualify potential residents, and handle lease paperwork efficiently.
  2. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations for all stakeholders, including vendors, residents, and team members.
  3. Resident Request Management: Prioritize and distribute resident requests, such as work orders, concerns, and special requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
  4. Event Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging resident events that enhance the community experience.
  5. Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing department to ensure that all property marketing materials, website information, reports, and advertisements are accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Leasing Documentation: Complete leasing paperwork and maintain meticulous record-keeping to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with all regulatory and State/Federal requirements, including Fair Housing Certification.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret and apply business regulations effectively.
  • 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.
