Job Title: Bridge Design Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bridge Design Project Manager to join our team at Civil and Environmental Consultants. As a key member of our transportation engineering group, you will be responsible for leading bridge design projects from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, planning, and project delivery to create an exceptional client experience
  • Contribute to the development of our company's strategy, focusing on providing best-in-class client service
  • Collaborate on project pursuits, proposals, scope, and schedules
  • Lead multi-discipline design efforts, including geotechnical, roadway, permitting, and others
  • Provide quality assurance review of project-related documentation
  • Coach and mentor staff across all career levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.) in TX or ability to be registered with reciprocity
  • 15+ years of proven success assembling plans sets and leading design-build and design-bid-build projects
  • Prior proposal development and client relationship success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MicroStation, Civil 3D, and bridge design software
  • Demonstrated communication and team leadership skills
  • Working experience with marketing, business development, project pursuits, and proposal preparation a plus
