Job Title: Home Visitor - Family Partner

At North East Kingdom Community Action, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Home Visitor - Family Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Early Childhood Team, you will play a vital role in supporting families in achieving their goals and promoting the well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits and provide services to children and families in their natural environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support family goals and child development.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure continuity of services and support families in accessing community resources.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of family interactions, child development, and service delivery.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of community partnership activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Early Childhood Development preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in early childhood development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
